Jennifer Milan was a student in the Master of Science in Forensic Science program. For her master’s thesis, she investigated the use of protein expression levels and genetically variant peptides (GVPs) in hair from different body sites as a means of human identification.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from UC Davis. She is currently employed as a Forensic Scientist at the Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Laboratory Service, Biology/DNA section.
