Zachary is a UC Davis alumni who worked under Dr. Robert Rice in the Pharmacology and Toxicology program. He worked closely with the Parker lab in optimizing the chemical processing of human hair for proteomic analysis. Zach also explored targeted proteomic methods, and their ability to enhance genetic information from single amino acid polymorphisms. He received his bachelors degree from San Jose State University in forensic biology, and his masters degree from the Pennsylvania State University in forensic chemistry. In the future, he would like to continue on as a research scientist in a government laboratory. In his free time, Zach likes to watch football, hike, and bike.
